Since we are a small business, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. If the cancellation is due to some  unavoidable/ unforeseen circumstances, email us at drishyachippy@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order with the order number and the reason for cancellation and we will get back to you. 

Returns and Refund

Please note there has been a change to our return policy owing to COVID19 crisis. There have been few things that we can't control, hence we require your kind cooperation in those situations. Specially when there is a lockdown/restriction in your or our area/town/city/country. Returns are strictly not accepted for customized products and clothes unless the product was damaged in transit. In rare case of delivery of damaged artwork or frames, we will offer refund amounts based on the condition of the same. This will be taken case on case basis once reported to us. In case of lost shipments, we'll offer a full refund and the same amount shall be deposited in your bank account in 4-5 working days at the most. If your product is eligible for returns, you can raise  return request to us at drihyachippy@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the order. 

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+6f3c5da5b0254ce58d5fb42652434be6@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
